Refund Policy
Overview
At Tres Amigos Roofing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our workmanship and the materials we use. Because roofing is a service-based business, refunds are handled differently than product sales. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds, adjustments, or credits may apply.
Service Deposits
All deposits made to secure project scheduling are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun. Deposits cover preparation, administrative costs, and materials procurement.
If a customer cancels before materials are ordered or work begins, Tres Amigos Roofing may issue a partial refund at its discretion.
Workmanship and Warranty
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 14 days of project completion. We will inspect the issue and, if necessary, schedule corrective work at no additional cost in accordance with your written warranty agreement. Refunds are only considered when repair or replacement is not feasible.
Weather or Scheduling Delays
In rare cases where work is postponed due to weather or supply shortages, customers may choose to reschedule or cancel before materials are installed. In such cases, Tres Amigos Roofing will issue refunds only for unpurchased materials or unperformed services.
